Balla – “Ghosted”

Published

on

With features from Big Scarr and Big 30, DC’s Top Opp Balla is back again with a new music video for his single “Ghosted“.  The rapper has seen much success lately especially since his music tells a story, the story of the real Washington D.C. from his perspective along with its neighborhoods and popular tourists spot in the city.

Balla is very transparent in music, consistently sharing his testimony, including the time he was incarcerated. Everyone has a past and so does Balla, Instead of dwelling on his past, he uses it to bring forth his energy and raw lyrics which he delivers in his music.

His authenticity and resilience constantly project themselves as he undergoes numerous obstacles. To him, music allows him to embrace his vulnerability as an artist and as a person. Through his music, Balla overall goal is to inspire and teach individuals how to attack life head-on with no regrets.
