Layzie Bone Talks About Issue With Migos And Addresses Their Lack Of Respect Towards Elders
Lately there has been a lot of controversy between the ongoing debate between old and new hip-hop. Earlier this week, a feud took off between Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s own Layzie Bone and the Migos. Apparently Layzie Bone discredited the Migos claim that they are the biggest group in the world. Offset later than intervened and began clowning Layzie Bone over finances. Layzie Bone explained on TMZ that the beef has nothing do with money, it is about respect.
“Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, we did a lot. To be overlooked in the capacity of disrespect, you know, and it’s all around the board right now. It’s like the young guys versus the old guys, but really, that’s not what it’s about. It’s about payin’ homage to the bricklayers. To the ones that came before us.”
said Layzie Bone.
Layzie Bone sat down with the TMZ crew in order to “set the record straight.” He mentioned that he finds the Migos quite talented but they have not shown any respect to the ones who paved the way for them. During the conversation, he brought how rap music now is based on bravado but it all comes own to respect.
