Patrick Mahomes Got Vaccine To Protect Daughter
Patrick Mahomes confirms that he is fully vaccinated, as he explained to reporters that he took the COVID-19 Vaccine to protect his baby daughter from any health problems, according to TMZ.
“To me, it was more of a personal decision with having a baby girl and knowing that I was going to be around people,” the NFL athlete explained.
Mahomes and his fiancee, Brittany Matthews, welcomed their child Sterling Skye Mahomes back in late February and Patrick realized the decision in getting vaccinated for his daughter’s safety.
When it comes to fatherhood, Mahomes claims that the last two months have been a whirlwind explaining, “I’ve had to learn a lot there, probably more than I’ve learned in my entire life until now of how to take care of a baby and raise a little baby girl.”
As an added side note, Mahomes injured foot is improving and ahead of its schedule.
