The Baltimore Ravens defeated the New Orleans Saints 17-14 this past Sunday to extend their preseason win streak to 18 games.

Even though the game was close, the Ravens defense managed to force six turnovers. Second-year safety Geno Stone was a shining spot for the defense as he caught two interceptions and recorded thee tackles.

Quarterback Tyler Huntley scored a seven yard rushing touchdown with 6:35 remaining to claim the lead for good. Huntley was another bright spot in this preseason game and lead the comeback. He finished with 79 passing yards on 12-16 completions and rushed for 43 yards with seven carries.

Starting quarterback Lamar Jackson didn’t see any action as Trace McSorley started the game. McSorley went 11-18 for 86 yards and threw an interception. Jackson who just recently recovered from COVID-19 got an expected rest.

The Saints aren’t sure of who their first string quarterback will be since Drew Brees retired. Jamies Winston and Taysom Hill both threw a interception, but Winston did have one passing touchdown. Their offense had trouble holding on to the ball as the Ravens brought pressure on them all night.
