Something for the hotties! | Megan the Stallion new music releases

Megan the Stallion a.k.a. The Freestyle Queen is giving the hottie fan base something they’ve been asking for. Megan is set to release a new project called “Something for the Hotties: from the archives”; a collection of freestyle and unreleased tracks. Freestyling is nothing out of the ordinary to Megan Thee Stallion as her notoriety comes from her lyricism on the Houston Cypher where her verse stood out the most among others. This was a turning point accelerating the start of her career also gaining popularity on the mixtape “Tina Snow” introducing the world to who Megan Thee Stallion is.

She announced this new album on social media, calling it a “gift to the hotties” and also said this is “freestyles y’all been asking for plus a few unreleased songs from my archives to hold y’all over for the rest of the year.” Considering, her most notable freestyles are from out the car door rapping over classical southern hip hop beats like her AMA’s freestyle with the beat” Break em off something” by Master P or interviews from radio shows like Power 106 when she freestyled over 2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted beat. Fans asked Megan on Twitter what freestyles are going to be on this new project specifically. She quote tweeted a fan saying “if it’s over an original beat, it will be there.”

With an official tracklist published, there are officially five freestyles on the album, “Southside Forever, Outta town, Tuned in, Megan Monday, and Bless the booth.” There are also nine unreleased songs listed, but no word if any, or all nine are freestyles too. There is an appearance from one of Megan’s alter egos, Tina Snow with an interlude on the album. The archives’ album ends with Megan’s hit song “thot shit.”

The drop is set to arrive on October 29th.
