The Washington Nationals bounced back from a 10-4 loss in game three of their first home game of the NLDS wih a 6-1 win in game four. The win keeps the Nationals in the postseason forcing a win or go home game five matchup back in Los Angeles.

The Dodgers only run in the game came from a home run in the first inning from third baseman Justin Turner his second of the series. From there the Nationals would score their six runs spanning from the third to the sixth inning to secure the game four winning.

The fifth inning saw the Nationals score four runs including a three-run home run from first baseman Ryan Zimmerman giving him his first home run since September 11th against the Minnesota Twins and fourth of his postseason career.

Pitching woes that plagued the Nationals in game three saw a reversal of fortune in game four with the Dodgers pitching woes being the catalyst for their loss.

The Dodgers bullpen combined to commit six errors with pitcher Julio Urias committing three of said errors, while also allowing 10 hits and forcing just five strikeouts in the game.

The Dodgers and Nationals will return to the diamond this Thursday at Dodger Stadium to see who will advance to the National League Championship Series (NLCS).
