The Redskins defense held the NFL’s leader in rushing yards Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey to just 44 rushing yards in the game.

The defense for the Redskins also contributed 10 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and an interception.

Redskins kicker Dustin Hopkins made two 40-yard field goals in the game going 3/4 on field goals total.
