47-Year-Old Fairfax Man Tackled Boy And Grabbed His Genitals.

A Fairfax man chased down a 13-year-old boy and grabbed his genitals in the middle of a street, according to police.

Fairfax County police said they found 47-year-old Bruce Brown on top of the 13-year-old boy in the 3100 block of Post Forest Drive at about 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday.

Authorities said the teen was walking through an apartment complex when Brown chased him and tackled him in the roadway. Brown grabbed the boy’s genitals several times before officers arrived and intervened, according to officials. The victim suffered a minor injury during the assault.
