A Virginia man and woman are in custody for the abduction of three children in Roanoke County.

Virginia State Police have arrested John and Ruby Marie Allison after abducting three kids in Roanoke County on Tuesday, which triggered an Amber Alert. All three kids are safe.

Tuesday afternoon, Virginia State Police issued an Amber Alert for a child abduction that occurred on Tuesday around 3:30 p.m. in Roanoke County. They were reported to be in “extreme danger.”

 

 

The Amber Alert was canceled Wednesday afternoon after Cameron Allison, Emma Allison, and Colin Allison were located safely.

According to reports, the children had been abducted by John Varion Allison. Allison went into custody after Wednesday afternoon, and the 2006 Cadillac involved in the alleged abduction was recovered.

His wife, Ruby Marie Allison, was taken into custody hours later.
