Air Jordan 1 Royal Toe Spring 2020 Release
Nike designer Peter Moore collaborated with a young rookie from the University of North Carolina to create one of the most iconic basketball sneaker designs; Air Jordan 1. In 1985, Jordan’s debut of these shoes was breaking league rules but also captivating fans worldwide with this stylish shoe. In spring 2020, the Jordan brand is releasing another color scheme of the high top 1s with the colors black, white, and game royal. The “royal toe” (also known as Game Royal or Black Toe game royal 1s) retail in adult sizes for $170 and grade school sizes for $130.
The shoe has many similarities to the Fragment Jordan 1s released in 2014 or the Bred toe 1s of 2018. This brand-new detailed design gives a more updated but modern twist to a classic shoe. These particular pair have a more metallic sheen and a full-grain leather build with rubber outsoles for traction.
The colorway is white leather with accent colors of the game royal on the ankle collar, outer sole, and toebox with black contrast on the overlay, shoelaces, and Nike swoosh. The Air Jordan wing logo and Nike Air branding on the tongue and insole are white. The shoe structural design is high top for ultimate ankle lock and support, mesh inner lining for comfort, and air sole units in the heel.
The Air Jordan high OG “Game Royal” 1s is set to be released on May 9th,2020.
