A D.C. real estate agent is now looking for another job after he was being recorded on camera, going on a racist tirade against several multiple police officers.

The incident was recorded at 16th & L St Northwest. The man in the video was uttering racial slurs toward two African-American officers not shown in the video.

He can be heard blaming the officer as a part of the “pop culture,” leading to the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, stating that they are the reason why the city is locked down.

His former employer, Washington Fine Properties, told sources that they no longer employ the man.

They provided this statement:

“We were appalled to learn that an agent associated with WFP used racist and hurtful language during an altercation and we immediately severed all ties with this individual.”

The statement goes on to say that discrimination in any form is unacceptable.

Similar to other small and large cities across the nation, D.C. has been locked in civil unrest since the wake of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis.

Protests and demonstrations in the District initially devolved into violence, vandalism, and looting but have since been replaced by mostly peaceful demonstrations.

Confrontations between protesters and police have been a frequent ingredient of demonstrations nationwide.
