After leaving Roc Nation earlier in the year and embarking on a new journey, Justine Skye recently released her newest 6-Track EP, Bare With Me on Tuesday. She dropped the EP through her new independent label named Nynetineth and even had some hot features for production and writing on her tracks. The features include HitBoy, James Fauntleroy, Dre Skull and Ari PenSmith.
“I’m still giving it some structure because, obviously, you need some structure in life, but I’m going with the flow and I’m trusting myself for the first time and being more raw” said Justine in an Interview with AOL’s Gibson John. Justine is confident in her new EP and the fans are loving the diversity mix of R&B with afro-beats as well.
Throughout the songs in the EP you can hear Justine Skye speaking with her soul, exploring her emotions and speaking on them causing a connection with fans who can understand and feel exactly where she’s coming from, and even where she’s headed too now that she has climbed up the tree of being on her own independent label.
