The Hyattsville artist has a unique trap sound, take a listen. Tell us about your recent release:
Wack – FreeHand Was A Mixtape I had Made while my head was Broking. From making the beats, recording the Artist, and doing the features with the artist. Files I had lost a said ima leave it raw to motivate ppl don’t think too much about problems in the sound.
Who inspired you to make music?
Wack – Being around music my whole life from going to Gogos a being in a studio with my hood men made me get into it more.
How would you describe the music that you typically create?
Wack – It’s usually off the top .. take me a lil pressure or drink an go off the artist vibe or sound I hear on the Music.
What is your creative process like?

Who would you most like to collaborate with?
Wack – I worked with a lot of the influential ppl already but it’s ppl with certain sounds I probably need to link with like LIL yachty, future, Pooh Shiesty, Lil uzi, and Lil baby. Those some familiar ppl I think I could come out with a hit with off the top of my head.
What is one message you would give to your fans?
Wack – One message I would give to my fans is don’t give up. Apply pressure like every day you’re last. But don’t let time discourage you. Do things you like to do. Work with ppl that love with they do.
What would you be doing right now, if it wasn’t for your music career?
Wack – If it wasn’t for my music career I’d probably be investing my time in non-profit or mental coaching for the early Men. Getting these bricks off lls .. sike naw .. but definitely engineering a recording ppl because I like creating music with others.
Where have you performed?
Wack – I performed at gogo with big bands like TCB, BACKYARD, TOB, Reaction .. big stages like DC Soundstage with Lil Boosie, or Cafe Asia With Migo’s. We Even caught a show with Jacquees. Other than local showcase like Look Lounge, Power, Ibiza with local top rappers in the early beginnings.
How would you say Social Media has impacted your music career?
Wack – Social media impacted my by the power to be in your hood but seeing ppl a place to wanna go do more. Or the power to promo yourself differently than out your trunk.
Which famous musician(s) do you admire?
Wack – Ppl like Gucci because of his work ethic of Future cause of his catalog. Or someone like Kanye because of his creativity or not GAF..
What is the most trouble you’ve ever gotten into?
Wack – The most trouble I got into was Everything lls. Put outta school year after year, expelled, shot, locked up, cranked at a dice game, took charges for niggas that don’t even acknowledge me no more lls .
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
Wack – Best advice was “ Just let God handle it” don’t do his work because u can get caught in his Wave if u move a certain way.
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
Wack – If I could do something about the industry, it probably would be just putting a better marketing agency out in Md. We need more early legends you can go to to put you in the game .

Wack – What’s next is VISUAL, VISUAL, STUDIO… Try to perfect my craft, so I can Be useful for the next person.
