4 Injured, 1 Killed in Overnight Shooting in Adelphi
One man was killed while four other men were injured in a shooting in Adelphi, Maryland.
Officers responded to the 1800 block of Metzerott Road about 12:10 a.m. Wednesday and found five men had been shot. Police don’t believe this was a random crime and say there’s no danger to the community.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene while the others victims were taken to the hospital. They’re all expected to make a recovery.
