Four unique things about you?
  • I have a twin sister named Quenette.
  • Got my first real PR gig with little to no experience.
  • My dad punked LL Cool J at a party when he tried to pick up my mom while they were dating.
  • Turned down an opportunity to work with Atlantic Records out of fear, which forced me to create my company.

What is your media origin?

Started a blog to called The Red Tag Society to covertly spread awareness about a clothing line I was working with at the time.

What made you fall in love with the industry?

 
I’ve always been fascinated with entertainment. From watching Jordans last games in the league to Diddy forcing Da Band to walk to Brooklyn for a slice of cheesecake to seeing Kanye West spit his verse for “Two Words” on The Chappelle Show. I knew somehow some way I’d be involved.
How did Medium PR start?
 
Turned down an opportunity to work with Atlantic Records out of fear, which forced me to create my company.

What does Medium PR do for musicians?
Help launch and guide their careers.

What are your long-term goals for Medium PR?

To have an office space in every major city in the U.S. and be recognized and one of the most groundbreaking agencies of the 21st century.

Where did your moniker Coach Q from?

A few years back I was at Trillectro and showed up in a red baseball cap, polo shirt, Adidas track pants and matching sneakers. Some associate’s of mine saw mine saw me and said I look like a coach, Coach Q. I thought it was fitting and also wanted to pay homage to Quality Control co-founder Coach K.

What are your biggest accomplishments?

Founding the company with my wife, digitally integrating Desiigner’s Panda, and recently joining the DC’s Grammy Chapter as an Associate Member.

Kanye West, Anita Baker, Freddie Gibbs, Whitney Houston, Jadakiss

Who in the industry have you worked with?

Everybody lol Too many to name.

Talented and focused artists.
