With the release of the 2020 NFL schedule, the Baltimore Ravens will begin their bid for their third Super Bowl win in franchise history. Last season, the Ravens finished the regular season with their best record in team history going 14-2 only to lose in the Divisional Round of the playoffs against the Tennessee Titans. From 2013-2017, seasons that preceded the Ravens’ Super Bowl XLVII victory, the Ravens’ finished with a record of .500 or better just twice making the playoffs once. To date, they have still yet to win a playoff game but their future is bright led behind their rising star at quarterback and reigning MVP Lamar Jackson. In 22 games as starting quarterback with the Ravens, Lamar Jackson holds a record of 19-3 throwing for 42 touchdowns and 12 touchdowns on the ground. The Ravens offense led the league in multiple categories last season including points per game, passing touchdowns, first downs and rushing yards. The defense held its own finishing third in points allowed per game, second in first downs allowed and passing touchdowns allowed, and fourth in total yards allowed.
