The Baltimore Ravens extended their win streak to eight games following a 20-17 win over the team with the best record in the NFL the San Francisco 49ers. The win was secured by a 49-yard field goal by Ravens kicker Justin Tucker as time expired.

Another play that was key for the Ravens securing the win was when the 49ers kicker Robbie Gould had his field goal attempt blocked that would have tied the game going into halftime.

It was not the best day passing for Lamar Jackson as he finished the game with just 105 passing yards on 14/23 passing and a touchdown. On the other hand, 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo finished with 165 yards on a more efficient 15/21 passing and a touchdown.

Jackson made up for his passing woes on the ground as he rushed for 101 yards on 16 attempts and a touchdown.

Both teams ran well as the Ravens as a team rushed for 178 yards on 38 attempts and the 49ers rushed for 174 yards on 29 attempts.

The Ravens now improve to 10-2 on the season bringing them within a half game of the New England Patriots for the best record in the AFC pending the result of their Sunday Night game against the Houston Texans.

Next week, the Baltimore Ravens look to clinch a division title as they play the Buffalo Bills. If the Ravens win and the Pittsburgh Steelers lose, they will clinch the AFC North title.
