MIDLAND, Va. – (Update) Facquier County Sheriff’s Office have apprehended Levi Norwood in North Carolina. Norwood was taking into custody after store employees reported a shoplifter to police. During the arrest, the 2007 Toyota Camry was recovered at the scene. Sheriff’s detectives are en route to North Carolina.
