Tell us about the type of work you do:

What has been your favorite selling experience?

Real estate investor, I purchase properties, fix them, and rent them out. I also have a wholesale real estate company.

What is your favorite part of working in real estate?

Helping people get out of tough situations while creating financial freedmen for my family and I.

How do you create a client base?
We do intense marketing research to determine where the best areas to purchase properties using a lot of very detailed analyzations.
Off-Topic, what you eat for breakfast?
I don’t eat breakfast. I drink a lot of water (either regular water or lemon water) If you truly think about the term (BREAK-FAST) your supposed to be digesting your food. Your not technically supposed to eat a heavy breakfast when you’re first waking up
How do you manage both in- and out-of-office tasks?

I have virtual assistants that manage 90% of the back office, I also delegate tasks to other sectors of the company so I can fully be effective with my time.

What types of technology do you use to improve your selling and showing process?

I have a handful of investors that’ll invest into whatever I send them 90% of the time. If they’re uninterested, I will post in different Facebook groups or send out an email blast about the properties to thousands of investors that I have on my list.

What qualities do you believe make up an effective real estate professional?

Resilience, dedication, vision, intentional

Favorite type of music:

Rap: I like to listen to StayDown Trev, PFM Pistol, P, Lil Baby

How many homes, on average, do you sell each year?
Average I sell between 20-35 properties per year
Talk about a time where you had a hard time creating a relationship with a tenant, owner, or investor. How would you have handled that differently now that you know the outcome?

I had one bad tenant who tried to live for free by lying on paperwork. So instead of going through the court system, I would’ve gone through with the cash for keys method to get out of the situation faster.

What’s next for you?

Releasing an e-course to help educate the community to find financial freedom. I want to teach the black community that it is possible to secure wealth starting at any age or any walk of life. I also plan to venture into purchasing an apartment complex this upcoming year that I am excited about.
