Maryland Murder Suspect Arrested In North Carolina Thursday Morning
The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) announced Thursday the arrest of 23-year-old Raheen Hawkins-Boseman, wanted for the murder of Jessica Somerville, 27. Hawkins-Boseman, of Silver Spring, was captured in North Carolina after a seven-month search.
The March 17 shooting occurred in a parking lot on Silver Hill Road in District Heights, where Somerville was found with a fatal gunshot wound. Hawkins-Boseman was identified as a suspect through surveillance footage, leading to a warrant for first-degree murder. Details about his arrest remain limited.
