Baltimore Ravens Shut Out Cincinnati Bengals 24-0
CINCINNATI — The Baltimore Ravens shut out the Cincinnati Bengals 24-0 on Sunday at Paycor Stadium, handing Cincinnati its sixth loss in seven games and eliminating the Bengals from playoff contention. Baltimore built a 14-0 halftime lead and never looked back. The Ravens scored two touchdowns in the second quarter and added points after the break behind a steady rushing attack and a defense that forced multiple turnovers.
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson completed 8 of 12 passes for 150 yards and two touchdowns. He connected with Rasheen Ali and Zay Flowers for scoring strikes before halftime. Derrick Henry led Baltimore on the ground, rushing for 100 yards as the Ravens controlled time of possession.
Baltimore’s defense limited Cincinnati’s scoring chances throughout the afternoon. The Ravens intercepted Joe Burrow twice, including a pick that was returned 95 yards for a touchdown in the second half. The shutout marked the first time Burrow had been held scoreless in his NFL career and Baltimore’s first shutout since 2018.
Burrow finished with 225 passing yards, but the Bengals struggled to convert drives into points. Cincinnati crossed midfield several times but stalled in Ravens territory. Ja’Marr Chase led the Bengals with 10 receptions for 132 yards.
Cincinnati fell to 4-10 with the loss. Baltimore improved to 7-7.
