A North Potomac man is facing a criminal charge after he tried to have sexual contact with a horse in Loudoun County. According to Loudoun County Animal Services, 67-year-old James Von Dundas solicited one of their undercover officers in Leesburg to help him have contact with the horse. Von Dundas was arrested May 2 at Balls Bluff Park.
He is charged with a crime against nature. Von Dundas was released after posting $2,500 bond and has been prohibited from contact with animals. His arraignment is scheduled for Monday, May 6.
