The Nuggets Steal Game 4 in Portland to Tie The Series

After a crazy 4 overtime game the other day, many people were excited to see what would happen in Game 4 with the Nuggets vs Trail Blazers. Although this game didn’t include any overtimes it was another tough battle fought by both teams.

The Nuggets were able to win Game 4 to tie the series and head back to Denver with much-needed momentum after a tough Game 3 loss. With both teams facing fatigue from a 4 overtime game its surprising to see the score so high. Nuggets went on to win by 4 points, 116-112.

Jamal Murray dropped 34 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. He is the first player in the Nuggets franchise since Carmelo Anthony to drop consecutive 30-point games. Murray also hit 6 clutch free throws in the final 14 seconds to secure the win.

Murray is proving to be a force to be reckoned with and is putting the league on notice. Check out his numbers compared to Damian Lillard’s.

Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double of 21 points, 11 assists, and 12 rebounds. Paul Milsap added a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds.

Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum were yet again brilliant combining for 57 points, but it came up short.

Game 5 will air on TNT Tuesday night at 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
