Q: How did the idea for your business come about?

The idea for Prosperous Relations came about senior year of college, I wanted to help entrepreneurs that were on the same level as me & look like me to prosper. So I started promoting entrepreneurs, had great success helping businesses & started teaching how to be an entrepreneur after having success working with others.

The idea for Prosperous Drip came about at the beginning of quarantine. I already sold tie & bow tie sets for men but I wanted to get creative & help men that had beards like myself. So I put together a potion for beard growth & saw success with my beard and my friends’ beards so I said let’s make this official. Along with beard oil, tie & bowtie sets & natural soaps, everything for a man to live his best lift.

Q: What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

The extra income & how it pushes me to be a better individual & get creative.

Q: How did you come up with the name of your company?

Prosperous Relations: My business purpose is to help other people win so it’s “ my relations to help you and your business prosper” Prosperous Relations.

Prosperous Drip: The newest trend to describe someone wearing something nice is “ drip” so I wanted to keep the prosperous name but add drip because of the tie sets & the oil representing liquid.

Q: How did you raise funding for your venture?

My 9-5 & other streams of income fund my business.

Q: How do you build a successful customer base?

Being authentic & selling good products/services.

Q: How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

I market my business with commercials and review videos. Most successful I would say is the review videos because that builds company rapport with Prosperous Drip. With Relations, I market my business showing success other companies had working with us.

Q: How many hours a day do you work on average?

4-6 throughout the day.

Q: Can you describe/outline your typical day?

A typical day includes checking both businesses’ email and checking business orders. Doing outreach to the school systems to collaborate with my workshops for relations. Doing outreach to bearded men for the drp & barbers to include the drip in their shops. Brainstorming for a new project to do

Q: How has been an entrepreneur affected your family life?

We have become closer because of the support they show me.

Q: What motivates you?

What motivates me is my ultimate goal which is being able to do what I want, when I want & how I want. It’s a certain amount of money I need for that to happen so I have to get it.

Q: How do you generate new ideas?

Honestly, new ideas just come to me. I may see something or think just pops up in my head.

Q: What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?

The greatest fear is being a failure. Not maximizing my full potential. I manage fear by grinding every day If I grind, I won’t be a failure.

Q: What are your ideals?

Waking up feeling great because I’m enjoying the fruits of my labor with 100M in my bank account.

Q: How do you define success?

Success is personal satisfaction in accomplishing goals I set for myself.

Q: Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?

Yes, grind & pray. Pray for God to bless you but put the work behind the prayer & it’ll all work out. I’m a witness.

Not only making my own money but being able to make money & help people at the same time is my most favorite thing.
