The Washington Redskins 29-21 win on the road over the Carolina Panthers gives them their second straight win. This is the first time the Redskins have won consecutive games since their three-game win streak last season spanning weeks 6-8.
The run game for the Redskins controlled the offense as all theee of their touchdowns came from the run.
Redskins running back Derrius Guice had a huge game rushing for a career high 129 yards on 10 attempts and his first two career rushing touchdowns. Adrian Peterson rushed for 99 yards on 13 attempts and a touchdown.

The Redskins defense held the NFL’s leader in rushing yards Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey to just 44 rushing yards in the game.
The defense for the Redskins also contributed 10 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and an interception.
Redskins kicker Dustin Hopkins made two 40-yard field goals in the game going 3/4 on field goals total.
Next week, the Redskins will look for their third straight win as they face the Green Bay Packers.
