Wizards Defeat Spurs to Get Back on Track

Wizards Spurs

After losing to the Orlando Magic this past Sunday, the Wizards have improved their record to 4-8 by defeating the San Antonio Spurs. Bradley Beal scored 33 points, showing again why he is an elite scoring in this league.

Beal is currently the league’s No. 3 in points per game with 30.1 a night. Guard Ish Smith and power forward Davis Bertans both dropped 21 points helping secure the Wizards fourth win.

On the other hand, the Spurs are continuing to struggle and have fallen to 5-10 on the season. The Spurs haven’t missed the NBA Playoffs since 1997, the year before the legendary Tim Duncan was drafted.
