FREE AGENCY TRACKER: Ricky Rubio Agrees To Sign With Suns
The Phoenix Suns got a point guard after all. Multiple reports, including from Shams Charania, state that Ricky Rubio will leave Utah for the rebuilding Suns, who have not had a steady hand at point guard since trading Eric Bledsoe to Milwaukee in 2017. Now Phoenix adds a veteran, pass-first playmaker alongside young talents Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton and Mikal Bridges.
The 28-year-old Rubio averaged 12.7 points, 6.1 assists and 1.3 steals for the Jazz last season.
