$10K Reward After Woman Shoots Man In DC

Authorities are currently offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of a woman who allegedly shot a man in the head during a road rage incident that occurred early Thursday morning in NW DC, according to Fox 5 DC.

Officers have said that the shooting occurred at around 4:30 am after the woman sideswiped the victim’s vehicle on northbound Massachusetts Avenue close to the intersection of 34th Street. Police have said that the man and woman got into a heated argument, but afterward, both parties continued on their way.

About two blocks later, however, police say that the suspect pulled in front of the victim’s vehicle and then cut him off. The victim stopped and attempted to drive around, but the suspect got out of her car and fired multiple shots on the subject’s vehicle and one into his head.

Afterward, the suspect got out of her car and sped away southbound on Massachusetts Avenue. A passenger that was in the victim’s vehicle and, luckily, was not injured and described the suspect as a black female with a skinny build and long black curly hair, dressed in a black jacket. The victim was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

Police have released pictures of the suspect and her vehicle.
