The Actor & Comedian Is A Licensed Physician

Actor and comedian Ken Jeong had a career as a physician before finding fame from acting. Jeong was featured on the YouTube Channel Wired.

He takes the time to answer some questions from Twitter and drop some medical knowledge. Jeong graduated high school at the age of 16. He then attended Duke University and graduated in 1990. Five years later Jeong earned his M.D. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine.

Jeong completed his internship for internal medicine residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. He is a licensed physician in California. He no longers practices medicine, due to his acting career.

Ken Jeong uses the power of Twitter to answer even more common medical questions. Will you get the flu from a flu shot? Can stress make you sick? What IS E. Coli? Ken’s comedy special, “You Complete Me, Ho” is streaming on NETFLIX now. Still haven’t subscribed to WIRED on YouTube? ►► http://wrd.cm/15fP7B7
