San Francisco’s Harvey Milk LGBTQ Democratic Club did not mince words when it came to Fox News host Tucker Carlson who responded to praising Milk’s murderer, according to the Huffington Post.
The letter read thusly:
“Dear Mr. Carlson: Fuck you.”

This response follows some social media that was leaked earlier in the week that Carlson said in his college yearbook that he was a member of the Dan White Society. White shot and killed Milk, California’s first openly gay elected official.
Carlson also referred in his yearbook to his affiliation with the Jesse Helms Foundation, named after the North Carolina anti-gay and anti-civil rights senator. Trinity College confirmed that the yearbook page was not a hoax, but couldn’t confirm the existence of the Dan White Society. It could have been an unsubtle joke from Carlson.
Perhaps this is the story that @TuckerCarlson was trying to get ahead of. In his college yearbook, he listed himself as a member of the “Dan White Society.”
