The Maryland based cafe’ sells crab fries, crab cakes, and even a crab BLT. One of their most popular entrees includes the “LochMess Monster” chicken cheesesteak topped with crab dip.
In A Minute Cafe’ is brought to you by longtime friends Reginald Mack and Steven Wilson. While both are experts in the catering industry, after the COVID-19 pandemic all catering contracts were canceled and their business took a huge hit. As a result of their catering services slowing, the two chefs teamed up and transformed Wilson’s “Minute Events” into a new carryout restaurant.
The new black-owned carryout joint carries all of Maryland’s favorite staples like Hennesy, Old Bay, and lemon pepper wings. Don’t miss out on their side orders!
