MISSING PERSONS ALERT: DC Police Are Looking for Missing Father, Daughter.

D.C. police are looking for a father and daughter who disappeared on Wednesday near Trinity Washington University. According to police Carlos Kier, 51, and Carniece Kier, 8, were last seen in the 100 block of Michigan Avenue, Northeast. Carlos Kier is a Black male, who is 5-foot-5 and 150 pounds. When he was last seen, Kier was wearing blue jeans and a gray thermal shirt. Carniece Kier is a Black female who is 4-foot-7 and weighs 90 pounds. She was wearing tan pants and a purple, pink and light blue jacket when she was last seen. Carniece was also wearing pink New Balance shoes. Police say the pair may still be together.
