The countdown has ended for the Barbz, as rapper Nicki Minaj dropped her newest single entitled, “MEGATRON” at midnight on June 21st. Since the release of her last album Queen in 2018, this is her first solo music.
Leading up to the debut of Megatron, the rapper took a three month sabbatical from social media. She later broke her silence when she began teasing video clips and photos from her music video on Instagram earlier this week. Along with the song’s release, Minaj heats things up by delivering a radiant and spicy music video, featuring her man. The visuals showcase a vibrant mix of Caribbean inspired ensembles, colorful scenes, dance routines and sounds. Nicki Minaj’s risque lyrics and captivating music video, makes her single a perfect candidate in the running for the official anthem of Summer 19′.
