The Washington Mystics ended the WNBA regular season on a high note getting a 100-86 win over the Chicago Sky and securing the top seed in the WNBA Playoffs. The Mystics ended the regular season with a franchise best 26-8 record.
Elena Delle Donne ended the season with a great performance scoring 25 points on 9/12 shooting, 12 rebounds, three assists and three blocks. Delle Donne made history as she became the first player in WNBA history to finish the season with a 50/40/90 shooting 50% from the field, 40% from three-point range and 90% from the free throw line. Steve Nash and Stephen Curry (two members of the NBA 50/40/90 club) took to social media to send congratulations to Delle Donne on her accomplishment.

Mystics forward Tianna Hawkins came off the bench to score 24 points and nine rebounds in the game while power forward Emma Meesseman had 11 points, five assists and three rebounds.
The Mystics will now head into the postseason looking to avenge their loss in the WNBA Finals last season after losing to the Seattle Storm via sweep. With the top seed, the Mystics will bypass the first two rounds of the playoffs with a nine day layoff until they play in the semifinal round where they will face the lowest remaining seed from the first two rounds.
