Man killed in hit-and-run near Forestville Mall
FORESTVILLE, MD – A man is dead after he was hit by a vehicle in Forestville Friday night. Police stated the driver fled the area after the crash.
The man was hit on Pennslyvania Avenue at Forestville Road around 8:49 p.m. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police believe that a white sedan with front end damage and missing driver side mirror his the man before fleeing the scene.
Detectives are now working to establish circumstance leading up to the collision.
