Metropolitan Police Identify Victim In Deadly E Street Shooting

D.C. police have released the identity of a man who was shot to death in Southeast early Saturday morning. Police responded to the scene in the 5300 block of E Street around 2:19 a.m. When they arrived, investigators found 39-year-old Anthony Harris of Northeast suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. After emergency personnel tried to save him, Harris was pronounced dead. Police have not released any suspect information at this time.
