This week on Fashion Trend Of The Week, I would like to add on to the recent uproar of black-owned businesses that have been getting notarized throughout social media. I would like to introduce another one of DMV’s very own Saints. Also known as Patron Saints, Saints are another streetwear brand that has a huge following and is widely known around the United States. The brand’s CEO @mjwitdadope founded the clothing company back in the mid to later part of the last decade and has been top-notch ever since its development. To add on, they have also attracted to the likeliness of well known DMV artists such as Goonew, Shabazz PBG, Lil Gray, Tae Dawg, and for further influence, Vlone’s Founder/CEO A$AP Bari. Also, collaborating with former Fashion Trend Of The Week, A$AP Ant‘s Marino Infantry on a few pieces. Since the brand development, the sky has been the limit for this company as they are one of the many faces when it comes to DMV fashion and or streetwear. Eventually becoming one that is talked about amongst everyone as they anticipate becoming a brand that is bigger than just the origin. In other words, as the summer starts to come around, what are you excited to see from them? A new Summer 2020 line? Or maybe think further into the fall and winter? 2021?
