Give us your football background

I started off playing football for the glenarden boys and girls cub bulldogs in my younger years. I played with them throughout middle school. In high school I played for the bowie high school bulldogs on JV my 9th and 10th grade then i transferred to Riverdale Baptist for my junior and senior year where I was starting QB and won back to back to conference championships.

Five words to describe you?

Funny, outgoing, laid back, passionate, dependable

Three things about you?

I like working with kids, I like to play madden and ncaa football, and chill with my brothers in my spare time.

Football origin?

My dad as me what position I wanted to play and I said quarterback and I just been sticking with me every since.

Experience playing for BSU so far?

Playing football for Bowie State has been great, all the coaches have supported me from the jump and I’ve earned the respect from my teammates to be their leader.

Influences?

My family has been involved in sports for a long time so they basically give me my influence to play this game, sports has just been in my blood from the day I was born.

 

What does being a quarterback mean?

 

Playing quarterback means a lot you are the commander of the not only the offense but the team as well and through difficult times in a game your team looks to you to give them that spark to win the game.

Who do you model your game after?

Don’t really model my game after anyone, I just watch a lot of film of the great quarterbacks who played today like Tom Brady and Drew Brees.

Overall athletic goals?

Overall athletic goals is to get faster and bigger.

Biggest gridiron accomplishments?

Biggest football accomplishment would be winning the black college player of the year.

How was it winning the black college player of the year award?

Winning the black college player of the year was a great experience I met a lot of legends, connections, and it provided more recognition for my university.

What’s the goal for next year?

The Goal for next year is to go undefeated, win a conference and national championship
