D.C. native Veeta Venom reveals new single “ PTPOM” ft. Tiizie Tae. A cool and upbeat single that showcases Veeta’s potential as a future pop star.

As Veeta Venom recently celebrated the two-year anniversary of her critically appreciated Love Ain’t Enough EP, the Washington, D.C.-area artist continues to prove why she remains one of the region’s most compelling independent voices. Seamlessly blending elements of R&B, Hip-Hop, Rap, and Soul, Veeta has built a sound that refuses to be confined to a single genre. Her music showcases not only her versatility as a performer but also her ability to connect with listeners through raw emotion, relatable storytelling, and undeniable authenticity.

One of the standout records from the project, “Unimpressed,” has generated more than 17,000 streams and further expanded its reach through a remix featuring fellow DMV artist Lightshow. The track highlights Veeta’s confident delivery and unapologetic approach to self-expression, while records like “Right Now” showcase her ability to balance both feminine vulnerability and commanding energy. It is this duality that has helped separate her from many of her contemporaries, allowing her to move effortlessly between melodic R&B moments and hard-hitting rap performances.

Originally born in Washington, D.C., and raised in nearby Landover, Maryland, Veeta Venom began developing her musical talents at just 14 years old. What started as a passion quickly evolved into a serious pursuit, leading her to refine her songwriting, vocal arrangements, harmonies, and performance abilities over the years. Today, she stands as a multi-dimensional artist capable of creating records that resonate across multiple audiences while remaining true to her own artistic vision.

Beyond her accomplishments as a recording artist, Veeta is actively working to create opportunities for others throughout the creative community. Through the rebranding and expansion of her platform into the Veeta Venom Network Foundation, she is transitioning her efforts toward nonprofit work focused on empowering independent creatives. The foundation aims to provide valuable resources including production services, television distribution opportunities, educational support, and access to grant funding that can help emerging artists and entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life.

Her commitment to both personal growth and community development continues to shine through every endeavor she undertakes. With records such as “Pressure” surpassing 36,000 streams and a growing catalog that continues to attract new listeners, Veeta Venom is steadily building a legacy that extends far beyond music. As both an artist and advocate, she represents a new generation of creatives who understand the importance of using their platform not only for personal success but also to open doors for others.

Whether through her genre-blending sound, entrepreneurial vision, or dedication to uplifting fellow creatives, Veeta Venom continues to establish herself as a powerful force within the DMV music scene and beyond. As her career evolves, her impact is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
