Fight Turns Deadly Outside of Dumfries Bar, Man Shot and Killed.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into a fatal shooting that occurred outside Club Tempo in Dumfries during the early hours of Saturday morning, resulting in the death of a man. Police were dispatched to Club Tempo at 17650 Possum Point Road around 2:08 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man with gunshot wounds. They administered first aid before transporting him to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Carvell Jarmain Williams from Warrenton, Virginia. Further investigation revealed that a confrontation outside the club escalated into gunfire, resulting in the shooting of Williams. Additionally, two vehicles in the parking lot were struck by bullets.
Fortunately, no other injuries were reported. As of now, no suspects have been apprehended in connection with the incident.
