Lara D – Bad Case of Loving You (Music Video)

People might find it a bit easier to shy away from the things that make them different but instead of doing that Lara D found a way to express it through music. Whether it is her rhythms, vocal progression, or production nuances, Lara D delivers a  new and vibrant style of R&B coming from Australia. Her upbringing has been marked by the cultural vibrancy, as she is mixed of Morrocan and Lebanese descent.  Lara’s unique sonic and artistic influences, and above all, a strong sense of self and family.

The new emerging artist releases the new visuals for the new single “Bad Case of Loving You”, directed by Alex Graves.  On the track coming together, Lara reminisces on playing with vocal ideas and coming up with a cool rhythm vocally in the chorus, which ended up becoming a key hook. Emerging as a dynamic new force out of Sydney, Lara’s passion for music and self-expression is just the tip of the iceberg and Lara D is someone to keep an eye out for as one to watch.

Bad Case Of Loving You’ is “about falling into the trap of toxic love and the mixed emotions that come with discovering if someone is genuine, or if it’s all part of a game. Sometimes we fall for someone that we shouldn’t because they don’t treat us right or they fall through on their promises. It’s not a heartbreak song, it’s more about warranted disappointment in someone for turning out exactly like you thought they would.” said Lara D.
