Thompson’s Topic Public Relations (TTPR), one of Philadelphia’s Black woman-led independent public relations agencies, announces its Grind In Silence Campaign with goals to normalize the balance of protecting personal peace and taking business initiative, opening worlds of those in entrepreneurship, public relations, entertainment, digital and corporate operated businesses.

This is a campaign in support of all goal getters. The 6-month, the digital campaign will be targeting those who aim to impact their industry of involvement strategically, less reliant on social media. Grind in Silence aims to mix a melting pot of those who display greatness in industries without the confirmation of social media and groups.

“While the coronavirus pandemic has especially impacted career opportunities for those experienced and aspiring, this campaign represents everyday businesses as well as owners who are not always on the front line but always on the grind. The grind to accomplish goals amidst all things occurring,” said Aziah Thompson, Founder, and CEO of TTPR. “TTPR has always valued the ethic of performance in the development of up-and-growing professionals and those who are established, and we’re excited to tap into the world of those overseen, it’s time to give flowers to all industry leaders.”

The Grind in Silence Campaign (G.I.S.) is curated by Thompson’s Topic Public Relations Founder and CEO, Aziah Thompson. The Grind In Silence Campaign aims to mix a melting pot of creatives, entrepreneurs, and business owners who show up mentally every day but not always physically. This series represents the everyday pros who are not always on the front line but always on the grind. Normalizing the balance of protecting energy and doing before saying, this is a movement in support of all aspiring goal getters. Grind in silence. Let your success be your noise.

Why Grind In Silence?
