A 19-year-old was shot & killed in Silver Spring; Multiple suspects have been apprehended

Multiple suspects are being held by police after a man was shot and murdered in Silver Spring on Tuesday.

According to police, when they arrived in the 1000 block of Good Hope Drive, they discovered a 19-year-old man shot in the parking lot of a residential area.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say they tracked down the suspects’ vehicle and apprehended two persons after a brief chase.

There is no information available regarding the suspects at this time.
