In Rockville, an 18-year-old male has been charged with raping a 16-year-old girl.

When officers from Rockville City and Montgomery County came to a home in Rockville on Saturday night for a report of an attack and rape, the girl stated that the man had been riding a bicycle on the pedestrian bridge near Lakewood Elementary School.

Caden Isaiah Riley was discovered after police combed the neighborhood. Special victims investigators interviewed him.

According to a Montgomery County Police release, officers executed a search warrant at Riley’s residence and discovered “things of evidential value.”

Police said that once the search warrant was executed, they interrogated Riley again and discovered new evidence incriminating him in the attack and rape.

Riley was arrested and charged with three charges of first-degree rape as well as one count of first-degree assault.
