According to Howard County police, a guy who offered two young girls money for sex in Columbia, Maryland, on Friday morning was arrested and prosecuted.

Police detained and charged Richard Morgan, 32, whose address is unknown, with two charges of solicitation of a minor about 4:35 p.m. this Friday.

Morgan approached the two 14-year-old girls near the Swansfield Pool around 9 a.m., according to police.

Prior to calling for assistance, the girls took a photograph of the culprit, which was later released by authorities. Social media tips assisted police in locating and apprehending Morgan in the 10900 block of Little Patuxent Parkway.

Anyone who had a similar incident with Morgan is asked to call police at 410-313-STOP or email [email protected].
