Two young children, ages 4 and 6, overdosed in South Baltimore
Late Saturday night, Baltimore City Police officers and medics were called to a home in the 1500 block of McHenry Street to investigate a heroin overdose.
Officers arrived to find a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old youngster suffering from the consequences of a heroin overdose.
The children were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and their current status is unknown.
Child Abuse detectives arrived on the site and took over the investigation.
