Based in Washington, Gabrielle Moriah Johnson has established herself as a leading force in experiential marketing, hospitality, and community-driven event curation. As an experiential strategist, entrepreneur, and community builder, her work centers on creating spaces where culture, connection, and opportunity intersect.
She is the co-founder of Great Energy Group, an experiential marketing and hospitality company that has produced more than 500 events and curated experiences, engaging over 50,000 attendees and generating more than $5 million in revenue for premier hospitality venues and brand partners across the Washington, DC region.
Through Great Energy Group, Johnsondevelops large-scale social experiences, industry mixers, and cultural events that blend nightlife, professional networking, and community building. Her portfolio includes signature experiences such as Litty in the City and Different Strokes: Golf & Social, to name a few — which have become staples within DC’s lifestyle and hospitality ecosystem.
Johnson is also the creator of Women In, a multi-industry event series designed to connect and empower professional women through curated conversations around leadership, finance, wellness, entrepreneurship, and career development.
Her work intersects experiential marketing, brand partnerships, hospitality, and community development, helping organizations create meaningful audience engagement through immersive experiences.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Johnson enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and creating flower bouquets.
