Police Offer $1,000 Reward for Information on Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro Station Shooting

A reward of $1,000 is being offered by the police for details regarding a shooting at the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro station on Friday. A juvenile victim, shot inside the Petworth station around 2:45 p.m., was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities state that the suspect followed the victim into the station before the incident. Surveillance photos have been released, and the public is urged to help identify the suspect.
