MISSING PERSON ALERT: Hitwot Fentaw (16) of Silver Spring, Maryland

PER MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring. Hitwot Fentaw was last seen on Friday, March 10, 2023, at approximately 4:21 p.m., in the 2000 block of Harlequin Ter.

Fentaw is approximately 5-feet tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and curly brown hair. She was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket, grey pajama pants and pink sandals. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Hitwot Fentaw is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301)279-8000.
