on

With more than 15 years of experience across media, marketing, and creative direction, Sabrina Vaz-Holder has built a career rooted in storytelling, strategy, and cultural connection. A social media strategist, photographer, content creator, and music industry consultant, her work has consistently helped artists, brands, and entertainment companies connect with audiences in meaningful and lasting ways.

A photographer by trade, Vaz-Holder graduated from Old Dominion University’s Communication Program before beginning her career in media as a producer at SiriusXM. Her early experience laid the groundwork for a career that would span multiple facets of the entertainment industry.

In 2019, she stepped into a major leadership role as Head of Marketing for Reflection Music Group, a label distributed through EMPIRE. There, she led marketing strategy, artist campaigns, and fan engagement initiatives, helping shape the trajectory of artists and projects under the label.

Throughout her career, Vaz-Holder has worked alongside respected names in music, including Malice of Clipse, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, and The LOX. Her creative and strategic expertise has also been tapped by major global brands such as Red Bull, Samsung, Cinnabon, Jeep, Roc Nation, and Canva.

Today, she serves as Director of Operations for Label Services Unlimited while also working as a contracted social media manager through Medium Creative Agency. In addition to her professional work, Vaz-Holder is passionate about education, teaching independent creatives how to navigate the music industry, build engaged fan communities, and sustain long-term careers.

Based in Virginia, Vaz-Holder balances her professional life with her role as a wife to Quinelle “Coach Q” Holder, a mother of two, and a homeschool educator. She brings a faith-centered perspective to her work, emphasizing purpose, sustainability, and intentional growth for the creatives she supports.

As part of The DMV Daily’s International Women’s Month spotlight, Sabrina Vaz-Holder stands out as a nominee whose career reflects both industry impact and a commitment to empowering others behind the scenes.
